This is an image I noted during the second half of our Bramley Phoenix game.     Goalkeeper Nathan has just punted the ball up to our strikers.  They now have an uphill task faced with 6 Phoenix players to beat and no support except 1 midfielder behind the half-way line.

There are 7, YES SEVEN, Temple players still around our own box.

Midfielders are behind the defenders.........why???     There is no defensive line......why???

No midfield support for the attackers..........why???     No-body attempting to move forwards......why???

 

There's more bad news.......3 of those 7 weren't even looking in the direction of play.....they were looking at the police helicopter.

 

At Saturday training I will be asking this question

"Why do YOU think we lost a game we could so easily have won?"
